NFKB1 and allergic rhinitis: Experimental results showed that LBP (i.g., 25, 50 and 100 mg/kg) reduces nasal symptom scores of allergic rhinitis model mice, alleviates mucosal inflammation and glandular hyperplasia, decreases serum IL-4 and IgE levels, and lowers the expression of TLR4 and phosphorylated NF-κB p65 in nasal tissues, while increasing serum IFN-γ levels in a dose-dependent manner.
