BCL6B and neoplasm: Accumulating evidence suggests that BCL6B is a multifunctional transcription factor involved in diverse biological processes, including stem cell self-renewal, differentiation, proliferation, apoptosis, migration, invasion, angiogenesis, tumor growth in xenograft models, metastasis, cell cycle arrest, epithelial-mesenchymal transition (EMT) reversal, macrophage activation, reactive oxygen species (ROS) generation, and modulation of sensitivity to anticancer agents.
