As the first-generation anaplastic lymphoma kinase (ALK) inhibitor, crizotinib-induced grade 3/4 neutropenia was reported in 0%–30% of patients with lung cancer, while the rate of the second-/third-generation was reported as 1.1% and <1% (Moinard-Butot F. et al., 2023), respectively. This evidence concerns the gene ALK and lung carcinoma.
