CYGB and gout: Furthermore, compared to the low-NPAR group, the high-NPAR group exhibited a notably higher prevalence of smoking history and comorbidities such as infectious diseases and anemia (P<0.05), and showed significantly lower occurrences of thyroid disorders, dyslipidemia, and hyperuricemia/gout, as well as lower levels of LYM, RBC, HGB, TC, TG, HDL, and LDL (P<0.01).
