To elucidate the mechanisms underlying the polyubiquitination modifications of GLI1, we conducted a conjoint analysis of RNA-seq data from GLI1 overexpression and control GBM cells, along with GLI1-IP mass spectrometry data and a DUB gene set, which led us to identify USP7, USP19, and USP28 as potential regulators of GLI1 deubiquitination.
