CYP46A1 and atherosclerosis: GEO dataset analysis revealed that the expression of NAMPT, SIRT1, CYP46A1, and LDLR was significantly reduced in atherosclerosis patients (P < 0.05 or P < 0.01), while TLR4 and mTOR levels were significantly increased (Figure 4J, P < 0.05 or P < 0.01).
