ACTA1 and pancreatic neoplasm: Endoscopic ultrasound elastography performed in patients receiving two cycles of the GnP regimen before surgical resection for advanced pancreatic cancer revealed a reduction in tumor stiffness [36], and the histopathological findings demonstrated a reduction in α‐SMA‐positive CAFs [37] and collagen fibers [36], which underscore that the GnP regimen can significantly alter the tumor stroma and lead to tumor “softening” [36].
