Univariate Cox regression analysis (Table 3) revealed that female sex (p = 0.014), elevated levels of CA19‐9 (p = 0.002), N2 lymph node metastasis (p = 0.002), distant metastasis (p = 0.005), histological undifferentiation (p = 0.038), high expression of α‐SMA (p = 0.001), high expression of FAP (p < 0.001), and lower fECV (p < 0.001) were associated with poorer prognosis. Here, FAP is linked to metastatic malignant neoplasm in the lymph nodes.
