Two of the above nine factors, TNFSF12 and CCL2, exhibited a strong significant correlation, defined here as having an absolute Pearson r 95% confidence interval (|r|) > 0.3, suggesting that they are significantly associated with the upregulation of AMPAR expression in patients with Cog-LC.
