ROC analysis demonstrated the diagnostic efficacy of Vimentin and POU4F2 methylation in urine DNA, with AUCs of 0.926 (95% CI: 0.889–0.963) and 0.928 (95% CI: 0.895–0.961), respectively, for identifying BC (Fig. 2C). The gene discussed is POU4F2; the disease is breast cancer.
