Mice treated with hCT3 AbTCR T cells showed a significantly reduced tumor burden and a comparable survival curve compared to the CT3 CAR group by day 35 (p < 0.05) (Figures 4D and 4E), suggesting that hCT3 AbTCR T cells are ideal for treating low-GPC2-antigen-density tumors. This evidence concerns the gene CAGE1 and neoplasm.
