In the management of synovial sarcoma after first‐line CHT failure, Pazopanib can be used as a treatment option in advanced or metastatic cases, due to its multi‐targeted tyrosine kinase inhibitor directed against the receptor tyrosine kinases (RTKs), vascular endothelial growth factor (VEGFR) 1/2/3, platelet‐derived growth factor (PDGFR), thereby inhibiting tumor growth and angiogenesis (Supporting Information Session 12.5) [77]. This evidence concerns the gene PDGFRB and synovial sarcoma.
