Polymorphous low-grade neuroepithelial tumor of the young (PLNTY) is a rare, low-grade neuroepithelial tumor, first described by Huse et al. in 2017 [1], characterized by oligodendroglioma-like histology, CD34 positivity, and MAPK pathway mutations.
