The transcription factor GATA1::TAL1 is most highly enriched in K562, which is derived from the human myeloid leukemia cell line and can differentiate into erythroid cells, and the binding of GATA1 and TAL1 was found to regulate normal myeloid differentiation and may contribute to malignant transformation in blood cells [56]. Here, GATA1 is linked to myeloid leukemia.
