The molecular functions (MFs) in GO analysis included ATP binding, identical protein binding, etc.; the biological processes (BPs) included the regulation of the apoptotic process, phosphorylation, etc.; and the cellular component (CC) included the plasma membrane, cytosol, and extracellular exosome, etc. KEGG pathway analysis showed 145 potential targets involved in pathways in cancer, the PI3K-Akt signaling pathway, etc. (Figure 5A,B). The gene discussed is AKT1; the disease is cancer.
