Beyond DS-ALL, NRAS p.G13D has been recurrently described in RARA-negative acute promyelocytic-like leukemia with concomitant myelodysplastic syndrome [76], in lupus nephritis through aberrant RAS-MAPK signaling [77], in colorectal cancer [78], and in histiocytosis syndromes [79]. This evidence concerns the gene RARA and acute lymphoblastic leukemia.
