H3C2 and precursor B-cell acute lymphoblastic leukemia: We found that the most statistically significant six protein-coding DEGs that were upregulated in B-ALL samples included two histone gene products named histone cluster 2 H2A family member A3 and istone Cluster 1 H3 family member B (HIST2H2AA3 and HIST1H3B respectively); C-type lectin domain containing 14A (CLEC14A), which is a gene product involved in endothelium and angiogenesis; as well as other gene products that contribute receptor binding such as ephrin receptor A7 and natriuretic peptide receptor 1 (EPHA7, NPR1 respectively) (Table 1).
