By overlappingthese 1,127 Golgi-associated genes with the 168 risk genes, we identified 13genes that were not only Golgi-related but also correlated with the survivalprognosis of CRC patients (Figure 1 f ).Among these 13 genes, we noticed that the functions of NIPAL1, PARP10, andZYG11B are closely associated with cancer. This evidence concerns the gene PARP10 and colorectal carcinoma.
