Notably, the treatment of TNF‐α (an activator of the NF‐κB pathway) partially reversed the effects of sh‐STC1#1 (Figure 6A–J, all p < 0.05), implying that STC1 regulated the malignant phenotype of GBM cells by affecting the NF‐κB pathway. This evidence concerns the gene TNF and glioblastoma.
