The expression levels of related protein molecules were determined by Western blot, and the results showed that p-AMPK, SIRT3, and PGC-1α protein levels significantly increased after SFAS-H intervention in CHF rats, suggesting that SFAS can protect myocardial mitochondria by activating the AMPK/PGC-1α/SIRT3 pathway, thereby improving heart failure. This evidence concerns the gene SIRT3 and congestive heart failure.
