MYOM2 and monoclonal gammopathy: Among the 49 patients with monoclonal gammopathy enrolled in this study, 45 (91.8%) had M proteins detected on RBCs, 38 (77.5%) had abnormal CE/IS results, 36 (73.5%) had abnormal sFLC ratios, and 32 (65.3%) had abnormal sTLC ratios.
