For each retinal condition, Fusion-MIL also had the best performance except in eyes with wet AMD, in which the AUC of Fusion-MIL (AUC = 0.977, 95% CI 0.922–1.000) was slightly lower than that of OCT-MIL (AUC = 0.978, 95% CI 0.925–1.000, P = 0.954), but still significantly higher than that of CFP-MIL (AUC = 0.903, 95% CI 0.795–1.000, P = 0.008) (Table 3). Here, CFP is linked to wet macular degeneration.
