MUC1 and Chordoid Meningioma: These findings emphasize the importance of clinical follow-up and risk stratification for chordoid meningiomas, even for initially low-grade tumors, close monitoring and proactive molecular testing should be implemented for cases with atypical features (e.g., weak EMA/PR expression in this case) or elderly patients, as their histological “chordoid” characteristics do not preclude subsequent aggressive behavior.
