The Kyoto Encyclopedia of Genes and Genomes (KEGG) analysis indicated significant enrichment of DEGs between PRV-infected and DTZ-treated groups in cancer-related pathway, axon guidance, focal adhesion, proteoglycans in cancer, the PI3K-Akt signaling pathway and the MAPK signaling pathway (Figure 5C,D), all of which are modulated by calcium signaling [19,20].
