Finally, long-term infection, classified based on ARRA result (generally corresponding to infections >6 months post-seroconversion [29]), combined with a median ART duration of 35 months, exceeding ARRA’s mean duration of recent infection of ~180 days [29,33], and median CD4 counts of 326.5 cells/μL, consistent with immune recovery typical of sustained ART usage [33], was noted in 83.3% of individuals (Table 1).
