This reference panel included shared cancer/testis antigens (MAGE-A1 [26], MAGE-A3 [27,28], NY-ESO-1 [27,29]), lineage-associated antigens (CEA [CAP1-6D analog] [30,31], MUC1 [32,33]), tumor-associated self-antigens (Survivin [31], hTERT [31]), and neoepitopes derived from recurrent driver mutations (KRAS G12C/D/V [34,35] and TP53 K132N [34]).
