The data demonstrate that gene expression undergoes dynamic alterations during the infection process: at 12 h post-infection, the expression of SDS, SOCS1, and IFNB1 is significantly downregulated; by 24 h post-infection, IFNB1, CXCL10, and CXCL11 exhibit further downregulation, whereas the expression levels of LPL, SMAD9, and COLEC12 are upregulated.
