Therefore, using a rat model of letrozole-induced PCOS, this study aimed to assess the potential ameliorative benefits of marjoram in the treatment of PCOS, as well as its mechanism of action by targeting its effect on ovarian rats with polycystic ovarian syndrome via the activation of Nrf2 and the suppression of NF-κB.
