Bioinformatic analysis revealed that high expression of MFGM (logrank p = 3.2 × 10−7), ANGL4 (logrank p = 0.0022), and MUC5B (logrank p = 0.00041) was associated with poor overall survival in lung cancer patients, whereas elevated GCN1 levels (logrank p = 0.012) correlated with better survival. This evidence concerns the gene GCN1 and lung cancer.
