Eczema is mainly associated with cytokine–cytokine receptor interactions, tumor necrosis factor (TNF), mitogen-activated protein kinase (MAPK), the nuclear factor kappa-light-chain-enhancer of activated B cells (NF-κB), toll-like receptors, T-cell receptors, and type 1 T helper cell (Th1) and type 2 T helper cell (Th2) differentiation pathways. Here, TNF is linked to Eczematoid dermatitis.
