TP53 and endometrial carcinoma: The most impactful molecular classification is that proposed by The Cancer Genome Atlas (TCGA), which classifies endometrial carcinomas into four categories: (1) POLE Mutant (POLE mut) (good prognosis); (2) microsatellite instability—high/hypermutated (MSI-high)/Mismatch Repair (MMRd); (3) p53 Anormal (p53 abn) (poor prognosis); and (4) Non-Specific Molecular Profile (NSMP) [29].
