IL17A and migraine disorder: For example, IL-17 was higher in CM vs. EM (9.46 ± 1.06 vs. 7.61 ± 2.12, p = 0.030), IL-6 in CM vs. non-migraine subjects (4.95 ± 2.84 vs. 1.52 ± 0.98, p = 0.016), and TNFα was higher in CM vs. non-migraine and EM subjects (0.46 ± 0.24 vs. 0.20 ± 0.05, p = 0.011 and vs. 0.20 ± 0.13, p = 0.016) (Figure 2a,b).
