IL17A and migraine disorder: We found significant elevations of miR-197, miR-101, and miR-143, along with increased levels of IL-6, TNF-α, and IL-17A, compared to controls, suggesting the existence of an immunomolecular signature associated with migraine in relation with the miR-101/IL-17A pathway and clinical severity (HIT-6), which should be explored in large, longitudinal cohorts.
