IL6 and migraine disorder: Thus, the purpose of this study was to determine whether there are significant differences in the expressions of peripheral microRNAs miR-197-3p, miR-101-3p, and miR-143-3p, as well as in the levels of proinflammatory cytokines (TNFα, IL-6, and IL-17A), between migraine patients and healthy controls and to explain how these biomarkers relate to the severity and clinical impact of migraine.
