Conversely, the analysis of immune cell infiltration into the tumor of both groups of mice revealed significant differences in the number of CD45+ cells, this being higher in those animals administered with PTSO-treated hPBMCs compared to Control (44.5 ± 3.13 vs. 34.2 ± 2.91), indicating an increased immune cell infiltration into the tumor (Figure 6B).
