The five signaling pathways with the largest number of targets were cancer pathogenesis, lipids atherosclerosis, the PI3K-Akt signaling pathway, human cytomegalovirus infection, and Kaposi sarcoma-associated herpesvirus infection, with 64, 40, 37, 36, and 35 enrichment targets, respectively, suggesting that ginkgo seeds may play a therapeutic role in migraines through these pathways.
