Our findings revealed a significant overexpression of YY1 in breast cancer and many other malignancies, including acute myeloid leukemia (AML), colon cancer, esophageal cancer, liver cancer, lung adenocarcinoma and squamous cell carcinoma, ovarian cancer, bladder cancer, cervical cancer, and head and neck cancer (Supplementary Figure S3). This evidence concerns the gene YY1 and liver cancer.
