Chronic administration of the H2S donor GYY for 28 days via a subcutaneous mini-osmotic pump did not affect the degree of hyperoxaluria (Figure 4A) but significantly attenuated kidney injury, as evidenced by reduced urinary KIM-1 levels (Figure 4B), along with decreases in urinary supersaturation (Figure 4C), the weight of urine sediments (Figure 4D), and intrarenal CaOx crystal deposition by scoring (Figure 4E).
