FOLH1 and prostate carcinoma: Our study along with aforementioned studies and some others in the literature definitely support the use of the PSMA target for tumors other than prostate cancer, thanks to its overexpression related to neovascularization regardless of the tumor type to the best of our knowledge and, in particular, to detect BM owing to its cerebral biodistribution advantage for healthy brain tissue over the most commonly used oncologic PET radiopharmaceutical 18F-FDG.
