In constant development are new approaches to target NOTCH; indeed, a novel anti-NOTCH3 Antibody-Drug Conjugate (PF-06650808) exhibited a promising antitumour activity in a clinical study (phase 1 dose escalation) of breast cancer and in other solid tumours, thus suggesting its potential activity also in bladder cancer (NCT02129205) [110]. This evidence concerns the gene NOTCH3 and urinary bladder cancer.
