To date, studies have identified a plethora of potential molecular markers for endometrial cancer detection, including genetic mutations (POLE, PTEN, CTNNB1, PIK3CA, ARID1A, KRAS, and ARID5B genes) [11] and hypermethylated genes (BHLHE22, CCDC140, CDO1, CELF4, GALNTL6, ZNF334, ZNF662, ADCYAP1, ASCL2, CDH13, HS3ST2, HTR1B, MME, HAAO, HOXA9, RASSF1, ZSCAN12, and GYPC) [12,13,14,15,16]. This evidence concerns the gene CELF4 and endometrial cancer.
