ALB and sarcopenia: In the univariate analysis, sarcopenia (HR, 1.93; 95% CI, 1.06–3.51; p = 0.032), SBP ≤ 90 mmHg (HR, 1.01; 95% CI, 1.00–1.02; p = 0.022), ISS (HR, 1.05; 95% CI, 1.03–1.07; p < 0.001), lower GCS (HR, 0.73; 95% CI, 0.68–0.78; p < 0.001), and albumin level (HR, 0.62; 95% CI, 0.39–0.97; p = 0.038) were significantly associated with 30-day mortality.
