The integration of MCHC into multimarker panels, together with iron-regulatory measures (ferritin, transferrin saturation, hepcidin) and inflammatory indices (e.g., neutrophil-to-lymphocyte ratio, platelet-to-lymphocyte ratio, systemic immune–inflammation index), could substantially enhance diagnostic accuracy and aid in differential diagnosis across parkinsonian disorders. This evidence concerns the gene TF and parkinsonian disorder.
