Our results indicate that in GC, TRIP13 may be implicated in multiple key processes, including the tumor proliferation signature, G2M checkpoint regulation, MYC-related pathways, DNA replication, DNA repair mechanisms, apoptosis, pyruvate metabolism, and steroid biosynthesis pathways, as well as cysteine and methionine metabolic processes (Figure 4).
