TNF and chronic kidney disease: In CV risk subgroups, TNF-α inhibitors were associated with a reduced risk of stroke (aHR, 0.36; 95% CI, 0.14–0.98) in the high-risk group, accompanied by an increased risk of HCV infection (aHR, 7.51; 95% CI, 1.50–37.56) and CKD (aHR, 2.08; 95% CI, 1.21–3.58).
