AMACR and alkaline phosphatase measurement: Amacr-related genes were enriched in peroxisomal fatty acid β-oxidation and bile acid biosynthesis (Figure 5(A1,A2)), and KEGG analysis confirmed their strong links to primary bile acid synthesis and peroxisomal pathways (Figure 5(A3,A4)), suggesting that Amacr contributes to AP pathology through bile acid metabolism abnormality.
