Osbpl9-related genes were enriched in cholesterol transport and lipid raft assembly (Figure 5(E1,E2)), and KEGG analysis showed significant correlations with atherosclerosis and toll-like receptor (TLR) signaling pathways (Figure 5(E3,E4)), indicating that Osbpl9 may drive AP via lipid-inflammation interactions.
