ATM approaches—whether paired with platelet-rich fibrin (Andreone et al. [26]) or stromal-vascular fraction (Iglesias et al. [23])—demonstrated rapid healing in burns, surgical dehiscence, and systemic sclerosis–related digital ulcers (closure times as short as 7–10 days, and significant area reductions by 168 days). Here, ATM is linked to systemic sclerosis.
