ALK and lung cancer: Among young patients with advanced NSCLC, women (HR: 0.556, 95% CI: 0.355–0.870), positive driver gene mutation (HR: 0.590, 95% CI: 0.373–0.935), and first-line second-generation ALK-TKIs (HR: 0.181, 95% CI: 0.025–0.317) were associated with improved prognosis, while family history of lung cancer (HR: 2.643, 95% CI: 1.543–4.528) was a risk factor (Table 4).
