Selinexor, a selective CRM1 inhibitor is approved for treating multiple myeloma (30) and relapsed or refractory diffuse large B-cell lymphoma (DLBCL) in humans (31) and has shown antiviral activity against SARS-Cov-2 (32); suggesting potential for repurposing.
