BRD9 and acute myeloid leukemia: Hohmann et al. (2016) investigated the potential of BRD9, a subunit of the SWI/SNF chromatin remodeling complex that promotes cell proliferation, to serve as a therapeutic target for AML. Hohmann et al. (2016) conducted two RNAseq experiments, one using murine RN2 cell line and the other using human MV4 cell line.
