Another protein, CSMD1, acts as a tumour suppressor gene, while microRNA‐10b drives GC cell invasion and metastasis by inhibiting CSMD1, activating the NF‐κB pathway, and upregulating c‐Myc, cyclin D1, and epithelial–mesenchymal transition (EMT) markers. This evidence concerns the gene CSMD1 and gastric cancer.
