PGD and tuberculosis: Lxr and Pgd have beenpreviously described as A. fumigatus antigens with multiple B-cell and T-cell epitopes, and allergensin ABPA patients, with Pgd even being patent-protected as potentiallyuseful for diagnosis, desensitization therapies, or drug targets.−, On the contrary, to our knowledge, Pck has not yet been identifiedas a fungal antigen, although in Mycobacterium tuberculosis, it is able to induce T-cell-mediated immune response and is considereda promising new vaccine candidate for tuberculosis.
