When using plasma proteins from UKBPPP, six proteins (CD40, PADI4, ATP5IF1, CEP43, RPA2 and SUGP1) exhibited high colocalization support (PH4 ≥ 0.8) and four proteins (C5, EVI5, FLT3, PADI2 and IL1RN) exhibited medium colocalization support (PH4 = 0.5 - 0.8) for RA. This evidence concerns the gene ATP5IF1 and rheumatoid arthritis.
